“Hasdei Naomi” Charity Organization and “Dan” Bus Company present: The “Charity Bus”

Tradition requires: this year also the “Charity Bus”, organized by “Hasdei Naomi” Charity Organization and “Dan” Bus Company, has been sent off. The colorful bus full of clowns and volunteers will arrive at city centers, and there, They will be recruiting thousands of “Purim gifts” for the needy and patients across the country

Within the frame of this colorful project, the bus, decorated with bright signs, will be traveling through the city roads andstreets; the sound speaker system will play Purim music and will call the residents to donate food products for the needy and the sick patients. Volunteers dressed in Purim costumes will gladly play and dance with the children, who are contributing with donations, and will be given token thanks and balloons for the atmosphere.

At the “Hasdei Naomi” Organization, the following explanation was given: “The goal is to raise “Purim gifts” for the needy in a playful Purim-like way, which makes it easier for all parties. Last year this operation was very successful, during the collecting days, thousands of food products were received, packed and transferred directly to the needy and the patients.”

“Dan” Bus Company spokesman, Mr. Eitan Fixman says: “This is the fourth time we send off this project, which combines charity and action for the public. As a transportation company that operates a lot in the Orthodox community, we find that this project gives us an excellent opportunity to meet the client base, enabling them to enjoy the festive Purim experience, while taking a significant part in encouraging the act of contribution to the community.”

Rabbi Yossef Cohen, Chairman of the “Hasdei Naomi” Charity Organization praises and blesses the “Dan” Bus Company on the welcome initiative: “Since the idea for the project came from the “Dan” Bus Company, I feel a tremendous appreciation towards the Company, which was able to find a funding solution original and successful. It is important for me to note that this common step shows us the power of collaboration between charity organizations and various companies, and this strengthens and encourages us all to continue our extensive activities for the welfare and benefit of thousands of people in need of it.”

The “Charity Bus” activity will take place in the streets of Bnei Brak on Tuesday and Wednesday 9th and 10th of Adar II – 15/03–16/03 between the hours of : 16:00 – 20:00.
