“It’s nice to get candy on Purim, but what I really need is dinner”

Every Purim, we give mishlochei manot (Purim baskets) and matanot l’evyonim (gifts to the poor), with candy and more candy and even moooorrree candy … But the fact is, other than the children who enjoy consuming those huge amounts of sugar, who really benefits from all this candy? This year, things are going to be done differently, with the help of Chasdei Naomi.

Every Purim, we give mishlochei manot (Purim baskets) and matanot l’evyonim (gifts to the poor), with candy and more candy and even moooorrree candy … But the fact is, other than the children who enjoy consuming those huge amounts of sugar, who really benefits from all this candy?

So this year, let’s join forces and do something that’s really useful! Instead of handing out candy, let’s give elderly people and Holocaust survivors food baskets with real food that will do them good – so they’ll have something to eat

… Join this Chasdei Naomi initiative now. With your help, we’ll provide seniors and Holocaust survivors with food baskets that will enable them to live and exist with the dignity they deserve. Together,

For every donation, a receipt recognized for tax purposes per Section 46 of the Israeli Income Tax
Ordinance will be provided.
