Chasdei Naomi runs a volunteering center in Jerusalem, where food is packed and distributed to people in need.
What does volunteering involve?
Volunteering at Chasdei Naomi’s Jerusalem branch involves sorting dry food products and then packing the food in boxes. Once a week we sort and prepare bags of fruit and vegetables, milk and other products that require refrigeration for distribution to needy families.
Who can volunteer?
Anyone. Any adult or teenager can volunteer as individuals or as groups of up to 30 volunteers at a time.
